Happy 35th Birthday Daddy!

We celebrated Daddy's birthday on Friday. The kids helped me make a cake and we all enjoyed it together!

Riverside Arts Market

We ventured out in the heat this morning to the Riverside Arts Market. PBS was having a character meet and greet and the boys were excited to see some of their favorites. We missed out on Curious George, but we did get to see Angelina Ballerina and Alpha Pig (from Super Why).

Nice Long Weekend

We had the chance to do a little relaxing over the long holiday weekend. Dad has been pretty busy recently setting up his new business, but he did take a little time off to hang out over the weekend. We did a little swimming, hanging out with friends and even went out to the beach to visit Noushin.

It was a really great weekend and gave us time to think about how thankful we are to live in such a great place and for the many men and women who have sacrificed so much to protect our freedom!

Fish in the Water

We have been practicing our swimming skills learned last summer at Aunt Sally's swim classes. Surprisingly, Noah still remembers most of it! We are scheduled to take another week long lesson later in the summer. Jude has his own version of swimming- basically he squats in the water and splashes his hands. I'll have to catch that on video next time.
