We have a great weekend planned! Tonight, Betsy, Andrew and Annie are coming to visit from Orlando (on their way to Charleston). Annie is 6 months old and this is our first meeting. Hopefully she and Noah will become fast friends! Tomorrow, Jerry, Elizabeth, Jack (2.5 years) and Caroline (7 months) are coming to visit our friends Brad and Heather. They are all Georgia Tech grads, well not Jack and Caroline YET. We are hoping to have dinner with them while they are here- and maybe go to a baseball game. Sunday we are going to a cookout at Aunt Sally's house and helping Sherry's Dad move to his new place at the beach (and inheriting some furniture from him). We get to pick up Noah's first portraits on Monday. Hope everyone else has a great weekend too!

While We Were Away
We had a great time while we were in Virginia visiting Grammy. As you can see from the photo, Grammy had a pretty good time playing with Noah. Everyone was really surprised to see how big Noah has gotten. He is now weighing in around 17.5 lbs! While we were away, Dad was very busy. He planted 3 new trees, fixed our sprinkler system, planted rose bushes and mulched our flower beds. It looks great!

Soccer Dad
This picture is kinda old (as you can tell by noah being half sized). But thought it was worth putting up. This is Maradona's Jersey that my Mom brought back for Noah and I. Noah is going to be able to Bend it Like Beckham, that's for sure!

Traveling Duo
Noah and I are heading out of town for a few days- so there will not be any posts until next Wednesday. We are flying to Norfolk tomorrow to visit Grammy- it should be a great weekend! We'll post pictures and details when we return.

Mom's Day
I had a great first Mother's Day! We went to Biscotti's for lunch and the weather was nice enough (aka not too hot) that we could sit outside and enjoy it. After lunch, Ben started on my requested gift- a laundry area makeover. For those of you who haven't been to our home, our laundry area is in the garage. Ben put up new shelves, unpacked boxes that were crowding the area, hung a new light and cleaned up the utility sink. As you can see from the photo- it turned out great!

Play Time
Grandma gave me a great new toy for my 3 month birthday! It is called the Baby Counting Pal and it makes all sorts of great noises. You can see me having lots of fun with it in the picture!

Getting So Big!
Today is Noah's 3 month birthday and he accomplished something great this weekend- he rolled over for the first time. He was on the floor with Dad having a little tummy time, and he just rolled right over! Then he did it 3 more times- it was really amazing. Noah also got to play our new piano that his grandfather gave us this weekend. We can't wait for him to take lessons and become the greatest pianist in the world! Not that we have great expectations of him or anything! :) Needless to say it was a great weekend and an even greater three months.

I have hands!
Recently Noah has discovered the coolest thing ever.... his hands. He will stare at them forever trying to figure out how to move them. It is amazing to watch him learn how to touch things and pick them up. His favorite toy right now is Blog, the Blue Dog- named by Aunt Sarah. He also really likes to touch your face (and pull hair) when you are holding him!
